Très chouette appartement avec un arrêt de bus juste devant et pas loin de Fushimi Inari. Hôte très sympathique.
An absolutely incredible home away from home. Has all the amenities you can ask for and is in an ideal location just a few minutes from Fushimi Inari Taisha. Highly recommend.
Walking distance to the Fushimi Inari shrine and the JiJo subway. Ideal base of operations for several days in Kyoto. Friendly staff has great recommendations. If we come back to Japan, we will stay here again!
Kei and Ritsuko are great host and very hospitable, we are grateful with help for logistics of our delayed luggage. The guesthouse was recently acquired and renovated with new set of well designed furniture. The guesthouse is located off the main road and is near to Fushimi Inari Station and Shrine. The rooms are huge and spacious.We really enjoyed the stay and it really felt very much like home, with close access to the wonderful sights of Kyoto, Nara and Osaka.Woth the car park space, it is the very suited for family who drives we drove and managed to park our rented Toyota Alphard there.It will be great to return back to stay at his guesthouse someday
お部屋に入った印象はとってもお洒落で広くて家族でくつろげる感じでした。オーナーさんもとても温かい方でこちらに寄り添ってくれて安心できます。可愛いキッチンもついていて食器などの用意もされていて近くにスーパーもあったのでちょっとした料理はできそうでした。部屋の隅々から水回りなどもしっかり掃除が行き届いていて不快な気持ちにならず、次回もまたここに泊まりたい思いました！京都に行く時は是非こちらの宿泊施設を利用させて頂きます！！
Kei & Ritsuko are the most welcoming and helpful hosts you will meet. They went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs.We had to extend our stay due to our return flights being cancelled and they have felt like our family away from home.They have an excellent knowledge of Kyoto.The accommodation is spotless clean, has all your homely needs and essentials plus a beautiful view of the Kamogawa river which is right in front of you. The rooms and bathrooms are big compared to usual accomodation in Japan which is a nice little luxury.The location is excellent, just a short walk to central Kyoto or a shorter bus ride. The bus stop is also right in front of you. It is delightful to have a relaxing bath after a long day of exploring the gorgeous city that is Kyoto!
Literally dust free, this is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve stayed in outside my house. This is a modern, high ceiling living place with breathtaking view of the Duck River and direct bus to Kyoto station (4 stops).Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and convenient stores.Host is warm, friendly and very helpful.Definitely the best base for anyone keen to explore Kyoto and surrounding area!

This is a great location to go to Fushimi Inari Shrine, the bikes make it a quick 10 min ride. And there is a supermarket along the way, so beer and groceries can be obtained. A short walk from Jujo subway station as well, so access to all the prominent Kyoto sites is easy. Kei is really friendly and helpful, giving great suggestions. His english is excellent. The accommodation is spacious, clean and modern. We cooked for ourselves in the unit, and restaurant's are close by for when we didn't want to cook. Would love to come back.
