キティちゃんルームはとても良かったです！
錦市場に隣接している絶好の立地です。
部屋は広く、清潔感のある落ち着いた雰囲気です。
Great Stay Overall, but Avoid the First Floor for NoiseMy stay at Resi Stay Nishiki ended up being a good experience, though it got off to a very rough start.The Positives:From the second day onwards, my time here was much more enjoyable. The location is excellent for exploring Kyoto, and the property itself has a lot of traditional charm. Once the initial issues settled down, the amenities and overall comfort of the space were exactly what we were looking for in a family vacation.The Negatives (First Night & Noise):However, the experience on our first day was extremely disappointing because we were placed on the first floor. The sound insulation between floors is incredibly poor—every footstep, movement, and noise from the guests upstairs came straight through the ceiling, making it impossible to sleep properly. When I initially reached out to management about the noise, their response felt completely unhelpful, and no immediate resolution or alternative was offered.As the owner later pointed out, this property is a beautiful, renovated 80-year-old traditional townhouse (machiya), which naturally means sound travels easily. I just wish the listing had made this clear upfront regarding the first-floor units, as it caught us completely off guard.Final Verdict:Overall, it turned out to be a nice stay, but I strongly recommend requesting a room on the upper floor when booking. Avoid the first floor unless you are a very heavy sleeper!
錦市場にとても近くて買い物に便利でした。部屋は綺麗に清掃されており気持ちがよく、快適に過ごすことができました。悪かった点は、お隣の声がよく響いて夜遅くまでうるさかったです。また利用したいです。
キティルームを使わせてもらいました！全てがキティちゃんですごくかわいくて綺麗でした！大きい音が響くと注意を受けたくらいで、また行きたいと思いました！
キティーちゃんルームを利用させて頂きました。部屋の至る所にキティーちゃんがあり、一緒に泊まった子供も大喜びでした。キティーちゃん好きな方だけでなく子供連れの方にもおすすめです。ただ、部屋が階段上がって2階にあるので大きい荷物がある方は荷物の上げ下ろしが少し大変かもしれません。
とても良かったです。電化製品も最新でキッチンも充実。部屋の空調も快適、チェックアウト後に荷物も預かってくれます。また京都に来たら泊まりたいです。
キティルーム宿泊で、部屋も広くゆっくりできました。...古民家の改装でしたが。梁の上にたまってるホコリが、エアコンで飛び散ります。で星３つ。
錦市場に隣接していて、中は清潔感のある落ち着いた雰囲気。
