Booked the room for a 6 days stay in Kyoto for 1100€. We got there quite easy with trains directly from the Airport.It has a big master bedroom (3 sleep places), and a smaller bedroom (2 sleep places).There ist additional matrasses on demand.2 restrooms and a extra shower/bathroom.A kitchen and 2 hallways, devided by a small staircase.The room was quite clean and felt safe and hygienic, good Work.The people which worked there where sympatic and friendly.Best Hotel in Japan ive seen so far.
This place is very good! Very nice rooms, like new. Only thing that is missing is a nice bench. 30 minutes walk to the shopping district. 10 minutes walk to the palace/castle.
距离二条城很近，附近还有条商业街可以购物吃饭，房间也很大很新，非常喜欢大厅和屋内的装饰品。下次准备带家人一起来住。
人員非常親切，有中文服務人員！這裡是我第一次遇到民宿會提供礦泉水的，非常貼心！因為沒有晾衣服的地方，所以洗衣機有烘乾功能，很方便！廚房客廳都很乾淨！離附近3個車站也很近，步行約5-7分鐘就能到達！客廳廚房在一樓，房間在2樓！唯一缺點是，房間一些小檯子有厚厚灰塵，可能人員都比較不會打掃到那區！最貼心的是浴室有暖氣、浴缸有恆溫！有些民宿浴室是沒有暖氣的！
It was a great place, quiet location and everything was very accessible. Public transport close by, a JR station and a metro station. Very nice staff that helped us a lot. The accommodation was clean, modern and very comfortable. My family and I highly recommend this place.
從Jr,subway,巴士站要行5至10分鐘中間的路都是民居，晚上走十分安靜住宿十分乾淨。

周辺のオススメ
Pour les points positifs :Le personnel était super, disponible et prêt à aider à tout moment ! Le logement est idéalement situé à 15 minutes à pieds du Château. Et à proximité de tous transports !Maintenant concernant le logement. Dans celui que nous avons loué, il y avait 1 chambre double et 1 chambre avec 4 matelas. Des matelas trop fins qui n'étaient pas des futons. Les nuits étaient peu confortables. L'odeur du logement était dérangeante, cela sentait le renfermé et le bois humide. Ce n'était pas agréable. Le logement manque de ventilation et d'aérations.Il restait encore de la poussière à certains endroits. Il n'y avait pas de canapé mais cela reste dans un esprit assez traditionnelle. Il y avait peu d'eau chaude, pas d'eau chaude pour le jacuzzi et quelques traces de moisissures sans la salle de bain.Bref, nous avons tous été très déçu du logement.
