We have visited the department store without something in mind to purchase. I love pearls so Bloom caught my eye. They had a section of Akoya pearls and I immediately was interested .Ended purchasing 2 necklaces . The thing to note is the attentiveness of the shop assistant, Nishioka. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and polite.She presented, polished and lets us check the products for any faults. As one of the necklaces is a gift , she had it boxed in a beautiful packaging. When we left she also handed us her card with a hand written note to contact her or the company if we have any issues or questions related to the products. Now that was a great level of service!At the time of the visit the department store was running a 5% off for purchases above a certain limit and the tax refund office could be found on the second floor. The process was very smooth and didn't keep us waiting.
