清潔感漂うお部屋は心地良い滞在を提供します。
トイレの香りにもこだわりが感じられました。
Location is great and big room for 5-6 persons OK. Information is so kind.Big sofa trans for bed so, double beds 3.But Aircon is not clean but they will have a cleaning.Finally, good and comfortable Villa and big size room for family and group.
Fantastic location, right by the lake and bus stop. Easy to navigate checkin and enough room for our family of four with great amenties ie. Towels, and shampoo etc.
Owner does not speak english well. It was hard to discuss what to do with the luggage. The room was comfortable, but the lower room feels like a basement. It head a coffee machine but limited supply to make coffee. Very good location. Bit pricy.
コンビニも近く、窓からの景観も良いです。無料駐車場も付近にあり芦ノ湖を満喫出来ます。何か困っても、連絡が比較的早く対応して頂けました。鍵も、わかりやすく良かったです。
The location is perfect, right by the lake. The room was spacious which was great. It was reasonably clean. However, some negatives for me--The shower was extremely uncomfortable. And the water kept getting suddenly cold then hot and it was not a pleasant experience.-The hair dryer was weak compared to other places in Japan. I couldn't dry my hair properly.-The lock to the door opens with code. However, you need to play with the door in order for it to open. Inconvenient, especially the first time, you think you didn't put the right code and you panick.-The toilet smells. And the ventilation system does a horrible noise so you can't use it.-Poor lighting, really dark. And the A/C barely heats the room. It was cold at night.I think future guests would enjoy the above issues fixed.Pluses:location, comfortable beds, good wifi

ここは素晴らしい宿。お薦めです。しかしながら、この宿の目の前の食堂には要注意。食堂のフィリピンの女が挑発してくる。
綺麗なお部屋、トイレもいい匂い！！

하코네에서 친구들이나 가족끼리 묵을 때 좋은 시설.가격대비 방도 넓고 침대나 소파도 넓고 부엌도 있어서 좋다.다만 무인으로 운영되니 미리 챙겨야 할 것이 많다.
