Ayaha Real Estate アヤハ不動産㈱彦根営業所 went above and beyond to help our family buy a home in Hikone. Although we do not speak very much Japanese and it was a lot of extra effort for them to work with us, they were patient and kind to us through every step of the process. Additionally, Ayaha worked with the seller to get the house ready for us as we needed to move into the house shortly after the purchase. They helped us hire a translator so that the process would go smoothly, and they waited for each item on the sale documents to be thoroughly understood. We are so grateful for all their help and so happy with the house!
