一流バーテンダーの妹さんがその日の気分に合わせたドリンクを提供します。
姉妹の営業日によって料理かお酒の楽しみ方が異なるユニークなスタイルです。
料理が上手なお姉さんと一流バーテンダーの妹さんでやられているお店で、好みを伝えるとその時々に合った料理やお酒を作ってくれます。今(2022年4月現在)は姉妹日替わりで出勤されているとのことで、ご飯を食べたい人は姉の日(火木土)、お酒を楽しみたい人は妹の日(水金日)に行く必要があるようです。
The restaurant is run by a sister who is an excellent cook and a first-rate bartender, and if you let them know your preferences, they will create dishes and drinks to suit the occasion.The sisters are on duty on different days (as of May 2022), so if you want to eat dinner, you need to go on the sister's day (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays), and if you want to enjoy drinks, you need to go on the sister's day (Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays).

I came in for dinner. It was a little expensive, but the food was really good. The older sister was working there and she's a good host. The conversation was friendly and interesting. The decorations are pretty and suit my taste. There were some Gustave Moreau prints and a number of cristalline chains.I had grilled chicken with special rice. It came with a delicious nut dressing salad and two slices of tomato. She gave me some pickles, too. I didn't come to drink, so I didn't have anything as far as alcohol, but they have a big selection. All In all, the food is very good and if you don't mind paying a lot for it I recommend it for dinner. I think they have some inexpensive dishes, too, like Curry for ¥800. Sometime I will come again and ask if they have some more inexpensive dishes. Depending on the kind of that, I would probably raise the Stars to five.

バーテンダーさんはとても優しかった。ここで楽しい会話話して美味しい料理を食べて、冷たいビールを飲んだ。このパブの色々な客様もとても優しくて面白い人です！旅行していた時、素晴らしい思い出です。
