This place starts some of the best beer I’ve ever tried in my life. Highly recommended if you find yourself in the lake Toya area You won’t be disappointed the guy that works there makes incredible beer and his very friendly tried about six beers there ended up leaving with about 10
北海道で一番美味しいビールが醸造されています。オーナーはとてもフレンドリーで、居心地の良いバーを経営しています。
Absolutely wonderful brewery. The owner brews and runs the bar. He’s extremely kind, knowledgeable, and talented with the beers he’s creating.We tried everything on tap and each beer was absolutely delicious. He had two somewhat experimental wine beers made with local grapes and these were surprisingly our favorites!The weizen was also a favorite as it was very traditional and executed to perfection. Notes of banana and clove rang through and made for a wonderful beer. Both IPA’s were delicious as well.The interior was warm, extremely clean, and welcoming. This brewery was a highlight of our time at Toya. From the top notch beer to the kind unmatched hospitality of the brewer/owner. I highly recommend this spot for not only the beer, but also to experience the quality and warmth of Hokkaido.

洞爺湖に行くなら行ってみたいと思って、訪問しました！IPA2種類ととラガーとワインを作った後のブドウで作られたビールをいただきましたが、どれも個性があって美味しかったです！クラフトビールの醍醐味を味わえました！
マラソンのあとの一杯は最高でした！とても狭いですが空いててよかったです。とても美味しい🍺で２杯飲みました。
Cute couple brews excellent craft beers here (and serves at tiny bar with six stools) They’re open at limited times, but their craft beers are well worth the visit. Fresh IPA and Weizen are our favorites but all six including a lager, Ume sour, Grape ‘Campbell’, Sessions IPA, we sampled are all good in their own ways.
Amazing hospitality with incredible craft beers that come as they are advertised. The flavours of the beers are so fresh and exquisite, they leave you wanting more. Do go and have a taste while you are at Lake Toya :).
