I lived temporarily in Nakano Yayoicho this year, and so I moved in, registered my hanko, and then obtained a moving out certificate at this office recently. Knowing how to write my name in katakana and ask and answer simple questions in Japanese possibly made things easier, but I have full confidence that even knowing zero Japanese the staff here would have helped me get everything done. They have a dedicated iPad for translating, and were not thrown off by having to help an immigrant with poor Japanese skills. I was so impressed with how gracious, friendly, polite, and helpful everyone was despite my immense limitations. I have now lived as an immigrant and dealt with bureaucracy in five different countries, and this was hands down the easiest experience I’ve ever had. On three occasions! An amazing example of Japanese hospitality.Thank you all so much for your support, I promise that I‘ll never forget the kind assistance I received here.
マイナンバーカードの電子証明書の更新手続きで利用。朝9:30頃で待ち時間0人でした。職員の女性は丁寧で効率良く対応してくれました。冷房きき過ぎず、建物も綺麗。もっとネット等でここで出来ることを周知した方がいいと思います。ついでに使用済み乾電池の回収ボックスも利用しました。ボックスは入り口入ってすぐ正面にあります。
北口の区役所まで行くのが大変なので何度か利用してます。建物は新しくてきれいだし、平日は大抵空いているので快適。「みなみらいず」って名称をもっとPRすべき！認知度が低いと思います。
住民票出したりとか、印鑑登録くらいなら可能。中野富士見町駅からは比較的近い。ほかの公共施設と併設されているので、見落とし注意。建物自体は改装？されて綺麗で月曜の朝行きましたが、空いていました。
