Excellent location, just a short 2–3 minute walk from the hotel to Minowa Station.The room is clean, tidy, and comfortable. The neighborhood is also very convenient, with plenty of nearby stores such as Aeon, 7-Eleven, Lawson, and a local convenience shop.Highly recommended!
What I loved most about this apartment hotel is that it's close to the Tokyo Metro station. So, traveling to and from the airport even with big luggages won't be a problem. If you're taking the Keisei Skyliner from Narita Airport, just get off at Keisei Ueno, transfer to the Hibiya line, and get off at Minowa station. The Kyukyu Hotel is near the Negishi Library, so take the stairs or elevator onto that side.This apartment hotel also has nearby restaurants and a supermarket. The area is a quiet neighborhood, so you will definitely get a good sleep after all the city strolling, shopping, and more.
Close to the station and across the road from a 7-11. There are grocery stores and some casual restaurants around it. In a nice, quiet residential area.

Can fit 5-6 paxs.Elevator and washing machine (no dryer).Allowed to store luggage temporary L1 area.Location - suburb area, local, 2-3 stops to city Ueno or AsakusaAmenities - lot of convenience stores & pharmacyRestaurants - few like Sukiya, Domino,Price - very affordable in 2023 and increasing over the yearsPls take note that Minowa local train is crowded during peak hours morning weekday. It's an experience to squeeze in with local.
3泊しました。シングルベット３台、布団2組。トイレ、洗面台(ドライヤーあり)、お風呂(シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープあり)は綺麗に掃除してあります。冷蔵庫、洗濯機(洗剤あり)もあり、乾燥機(無料)もI階にあります。電子レンジはフロアに共同のものがI台置いてありました。床の絨毯には所々シミがあり。スリッパも部屋にありましたが布製で汚れが気になったので100円ショップで使い捨てのスリッパを購入。歯ブラシはありませんので持参です。その他、問題なく快適でした。三ノ輪駅から近いので便利もよかったです。とてもお安いのでファミリーやお友達との連泊にはおすすめです。
スカイツリーの近くで探しましたがとても良かったです。
広くて落ち着くインテリアでとても良いです。三ノ輪駅からも近くわかりやすい。浅草、スカイツリー、上野観光予定の方なら最適な立地です。
駅近でとにかく安い💴✨👛とりあえず泊まってみて！看板娘さんがイチオシです！

周辺のオススメ
Very close to the subway line, grocery store, and Yoshinoya! The suite is clean and spacious. You do have to take out the garbage and they will give you a lesson about the garbage system in Japan. Good to know as a foreigner! All in all, great place to stay. It's quiet and very close to your essential shops!
