Olivier and his family were the most accommodating and welcoming hosts. They made us feel completely at home. The newly renovated space was warm and homey with super comfy beds and modern appliances. Olivier truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - helping us to coordinate ski rental and showing us around the village and neighbouring ski resorts. Couldn’t recommend Snow Horizon enough!
We just stayed at Snow Horizons in Hakuba for 9 days. What an amazing experience we had there and the service we received from Olivier and Reika was mind blowing. We have never been shown so much hospitality from anyone before. Nothing was too hard or too much to ask. The unit we stayed in was so homely and fitted out with ultra modern appliances that really made u feel spoilt. The snow was amazing too . We had the best holiday and our only worry is that this beautiful property will be unavailable anytime that we would like to return because of how good the hosts and the property is. Thanks again Olivier and Reika you guys are the best.
We have just completed a fantastic stay at Olivier’s and Reika’s place “snow horizon” in Hakuba, whilst the apartments have everything required for a luxury stay, it is the personalised service that turned our holiday from a great break to an exceptional family ski trip, where all family members were catered for with Olivier’s gentle encouragement and support with all manner of logistics (ski holidays have plenty of these). The Snow Horizon apartments are run with a quiet efficiency that is truly amazing, down to slippers left out for ourselves and visiting guests. Snow Horizon is an extremely cosy place fitted with top of the line facilities. We stayed in flat 1, which had a very spacious living room and dining area. Facilities for cooking and big pots for hotpot were also provided, which allowed us to have our own dinner together every night. Perfect for a group ski trip.Olivier was also an outstanding host who went out of his way to ensure that everything was going well for us. He is, by far, the most hospitable host I've encountered.Will definitely hope to return to snow horizon for another season next time!
We feel that we hit the jackpot with snow horizons. This place is super modern with high end appliances. The most ridiculously comfy beds. Slept so well.Pellet fire heats well and keeps place cosy. All rooms have heating and cooling air con but we didn’t need heater as pellet fire so good. Flat 1 has so much space (which we were in.) and we also had flat 2 for extra teenage kids!Oliver is super helpful and kind host ( along with his beautiful family Reika , Alice and Louis) taking us to the slopes, super market and ski hire shop and helping sort restaurants etc. We were a big group (9 people) and Oliver had to make multiple trips to accommodate us which we were grateful for. His communication was helpful( often humorous ) using WhatsApp most days to share tips, photos and instructions.Snow horizons is perfectly positioned amongst the trees walking distance to restaurants and local village.The downstairs ski drying room is perfect when off mountain and keeps place so tidy and gear dry.There is not one thing I can fault. Simply superb.Will be recommending this place to all kiwis 🇳🇿 I know looking to come to beautiful Habuka. ❤️
Snow Horizon is such a lovely place to stay. Our family of five just completed a 10 day stay at this beautifully renovated property and it really felt like home. It was warm, cozy, had modern appliances and all the little details had been thought of. Oliver and Reika san were wonderful hosts - transporting us to the lifts, taking us to the supermarket and ensuring that we were happy guests - customer service at its best. If you are looking for high quality snow accommodation, Snow Horizon in Hakuba is the place to go.
Olivier was an outstanding host. From day one to the very end, everything was perfectly organized, and his help made our family stay truly memorable. We traveled with our three children (ages 17, 6, and 4), and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.The Airbnb is amazing—exceptionally spacious for Japan, spotlessly clean, and incredibly well designed. As hosts of multiple accommodations in Bali ourselves, we really appreciated the attention to detail, from the layout and interior design to the comfort and functionality of the space.Olivier and his wife Reika were incredibly kind and welcoming, always attentive and supportive. This was hands down our best snow experience as a family.We 100% recommend Snow Horizon and would love to return again.Thank you so much, and see you again soon, Snow Horizon ❄️🤍
完璧な滞在と素晴らしい冬の体験でした。宿泊施設はまさに完璧で、素晴らしい森の景色、広々とした空間、高級家電、そしてゲレンデで過ごした一日の後に感じる贅沢さを満喫できました。素晴らしいホストのオリバーさんは、私たちの滞在が快適で楽しいものになるよう、細部まで配慮してくれました。レストランのおすすめ、スーパーマーケットへの行き方、スキーリフトへの送迎、おすすめの温泉、そして特に貴重なスキーのアドバイスなど、実に様々な配慮をしてくれました。すべてが手配されていたので、私たちはただリラックスして休暇を楽しむことができました。強くお勧めします！
夏に白馬へ宿泊先としてSnow Horizonに家族で宿泊しました。小さい子供たちがいたので和室タイプの部屋が有り難かったです。マットレスのこだわりもあってか寝心地抜群！他にもベッドタイプの部屋が更に２部屋もあり、更に棟内に別部屋もいくつかありました。まだ新しい宿で清潔感あって過ごしやすく、夏でも凄く涼しく過ごせ、緑に囲まれて朝は快適な鳥の囀りに癒されました。駅近くということもありどこに行くにも便利でした。車が駐車できるので有り難かったです。備え付けの家電、IHキッチン、食器、コーヒーエスプレッソ、鍋、炊飯器、トースターまで揃ってて外食しなくとも部屋で好きなものが作れて、子連れにはゆっくり食事ができる環境として大変助かりました。ベビーチェアまで用意してくれてました！共有の洗濯機、乾燥機（洗剤自動投入）まで用意してあるので長期滞在でも全く問題ないです。まるで別荘でした。タオルの無料貸出、シャワー室にシャンプー、リンス、ボディソープも用意してあるので困ることもないです。大分広いリビングもあるタイプは部屋数もあるので大人数の家族や友人で一緒に宿泊できそうです。ホテルだと別部屋を行き来したり、部屋で一緒に食事することはなかなかできないことです。鍵も必要なく、番号でロック解除できるのでホテルのようにロストキーや鍵を家族でシェアする心配もしなくて楽でした。また近辺のおすすめ場所も勧めてくれたり、白馬の滞在がとても楽しく快適になること間違いなしです。至れり尽くせりの備品や部屋のクオリティー、オーナーのこだわりにおもてなしの心が感じれます。困った事もすぐにサポートしてくれました。ぜひ家族、友人にもおすすめしたい滞在先です。

Absolutely fantastic hosts! Reika and Olivier went above and beyond for us during our stay. They drove us where we needed to go and gave us fantastic recommendations. Olivier especially was a superstar, helping me after I injured my leg and always being very generous with his time giving us lifts. The flat itself was warm, clean and comfortable. I couldn’t recommend Snow Horizon enough!
