The staff that tried to help me was not very knowledgeable. I was turned away. Seemed like they weren’t interested in repairing my wedding ring…17 caret white gold with 3 diamonds. I was told they didn’t repair white gold (in a snobbish fashion), which is presently 20% higher priced than platinum. And I was told, my diamonds has the same hardness of a diamond but it wasn’t a diamond. Previous jewelers have never said such things about my ring…only remarking that it is good quality and beautiful. I really don’t like the store…not a nice experience.
