Originally booked at Tanimachikun Hotel We Namba, but was informed about a month prior that they couldn’t host us and offered a switch to this property. Communication was a little confusing at first as the system still reflected the previous hotel, but staff responded promptly and resolved everything smoothly. Both hotels are under the same group, so the transition was easy in the end.Location is quiet yet convenient, with food options and a fruit mart nearby. Walking distance to the zoo if you enjoy exploring on foot.Self-service style, but there is a front desk which is helpful for luggage delivery arrangements. Amenities are stocked at the lobby area.Room is spacious as shown in the photos, and comes with a balcony. Not much of a view from ours, but still nice to have. Washing machine with dryer function was a huge plus for travellers. Overall, room was comfortable and we slept well throughout our stay.A pleasant experience overall — convenient, clean, and comfortable. Would stay again.

Spacious, immaculately clean room.
常見家電齊全、空間寬敞不過開門與關門要多花點心思外出回來解鎖門，掌握開鎖方向後（我的房間左旋為開、右旋為鎖）必須先從下面的鎖解鎖，再打開上面的鎖最後使點力把門把向外拉，大門才會開啟而重新上鎖即是將這一切的次序倒過來先鎖上面再鎖下面即可。
