A busy place. You will be called twice and will need to go to the counter twice. First time, you wait for about 30 minutes to submit the request. Second time, you wait for about 90 minutes to receive the completed document (normally at counter 5).If you do not wish your time wasted, there is a food street at the subway station nearby, you may eat something after submitting the request. When you return, even if your number was called earlier, you can still approach to the receiving counter to get the completed documents.
