ご飯に多少の lumps があり、改善が求められています。
Was a good uni bowl but alittle underwhelming given the price. Went alittle out of my way to visit this shop based on its high Tabelog rating, but didn’t live up to expectations. The uni itself was definitely fresh but wetter and runnier than i expected. Feel like it could have been fresher. Also, the rice was not fresh and contained some lumps. At this price, at least the rice should be perfect.
