Got to the place at 7pm, sat down and ordered. We didnt get our first actual entree until 8pm and still had to wait for our wings to come out. Our waiter was respectful but one that was helping her out was rude for no reason. Would not reccomend if you value your time and want to eat. Wing wednesday is a good cheap meal option though.
Jessica is an awesome bartender. She’s friendly, and professional. Her drinks are consistently well made.What really stands out is how she connects with customers. She’s attentive, easy to talk to, and makes everyone feel welcome without missing a step. Her positive attitude and strong work ethic make a big difference. Any bar would be lucky to have Jessica. She’s reliable and talented!
I visited the bar in the evening to enjoy the atmosphere, which was great. However, one aspect I didn’t like was the long wait to be served.After entering, I sat at a table and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order, but no one came. Assuming it would be fine to order from the bar, like at most places, I was mistaken. The bartender informed me that if you sit at a table, you have to wait for a waitress to take your order. Although they said they would notify a waitress, it still took an additional 5 to 10 minutes for someone to come by.Throughout the rest of our visit, we had to actively seek out our waitress to get another drink. We even asked another waitress for assistance, but she said she would inform our assigned waitress, indicating that once a waitress takes a table, she is the only one allowed to serve that table.Overall, I wouldn’t prioritize this place for drinks again. However, given the positive reviews about their food, I would consider returning earlier in the evening to try a meal.

Have to walk around and up the stairs. Bartenders are cool and a great American hang out. Food is fine, it's a bar so pretty good wings on Wednesdays. Stop in and enjoy cause I'll be back on my next visit to Okinawa.

Cheers Bar truly lives up to its name! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and welcoming. The drinks were perfectly crafted, and the food was delicious. Our waitress, Sayuri, provided absolutely outstanding service—attentive, friendly, and incredibly professional. She anticipated our needs before we even asked. Her positive energy made the entire experience unforgettable.
