I had one of the best matcha in this stunning place. Really glad I found it while walking around. Lisa was very helpful while deciding my order, as well as very kind to help me with some recommendations. Very grateful for this experience and definitely going back before leaving Kioto. One of the best tea stores I’ve ever been to. Throughout my one-week stay in Kyoto, I visited this shop on almost every day and tried their different drinks. All of them taste amazing and are well-prepared with so much passion and focus. Additionally, some of the drinks are unique compositions of nice flavours blending both ancient tea traditions and modern twists making their products truly outstanding. All visits were a pleasure, not just because the place is located in a very beautiful street and has a serene backyard but especially due to the two super friendly young tea masters. Both of whom were among the kindest persons we met and it was fun watching them preparing the teas as if they work in a lab. All in all this tea shop is a must-visit and definitely made each day I was there a wonderful one.
I’ve been here twice an tried their strawberry rose tea and peach mint frozen tea, both were great! It’s also in a very scenic spot with a good atmosphere and customer service. Thank you Play Tea!!
They had the most unique combination for tea, it was refreshing and really really good taste and quality of drinks, we enjoyed the calm private atmosphere there.
I really liked this place. A peaceful and chill spot in the middle of the Gion crowded area. The tea was high quality , with variety and very special flavors. Definitely one of the best tea I have had in Japan. The staff is also very nice and the place has a beautiful garden if you’re interested in taking pictures there.
和三盆&草莓玫瑰烏龍（凍頂烏龍）都很值得嘗試😍兩款風格不同，和三盆有抹茶、牛奶與底層咖啡色的茶，組合的特別好；草莓玫瑰是很經典的果茶，酸甜融合，尾韻又能感受到凍頂烏龍獨有的香氣（一定要繳拌均勻）列為清水寺、二三年坂必訪之處！
2025年4月に出来たばかりのお店だそうです。私はアップルシナモンティーを注文。（氷抜きを希望しましたが、氷少なめになら可能とのことです）提供に少し時間がかかるものの、和風庭園を眺めて待つことができます。下に甘すぎないりんごの果肉シロップがあるのでかき混ぜて飲みます。シャリシャリ！シナモンスティックが香り付けに添えられていいアクセント。1階の入り口のイスか、2階のソファ席で頂けます。お手洗いは2階の窓際の鏡面が開きます（知らなくて鏡から人が出てきてビックリ！）接客が笑顔で好感が持て、また空いていて居心地が良かったので星4にしました。

みたことないオシャレで絶品なフレーバーのティーがいただけるお店✨✨個人的には大優勝でした😌🌸店内は座れる場所もあり、清水寺から歩いて疲れた帰りに寄りました。和三盆や京七味など、京都を感じられるフレーバーもあるのでそちらもおすすめです👍🏻私は「紅玉紅茶&白桃ミントフローズン」をいただきました！！今までに飲んだことないフレーバーで、すごくすごく美味しかったです🥹店内も観光客の方でとても賑わってました✨目の前に法観寺の五重塔もあり、歴史的な建造物を楽しみながらドリンクをいただけます🥤旅の途中にぜひよってみてください💖
