Came here randomly and the owner was very welcoming and friendly. We had a good chat while waiting for food.Food was delicious and full of flavour.I parked down the road and walked up the main road.
Food was great! The oxtail and fried chicken wings were both delicious! As well as the fruit juices.Don't forget cash...no signs or anything but credit/debit outside of Navy Fed is not accepted. The owner was so gracious though we came back to pay later. Parking is hard to find in the area. The restaurant burns incense that smells lovely but may hinder the palate when tasting the food.Overall very excited for this new-to-the-area restaurant and we can't wait to come back!
The food speaks for itself, but the owner is also a genuinely nice person.There isn’t much parking, but you can park at Roger’s Food Market area and walk over. Theres some seating inside and the restaurant is clean, but they do take out if you prefer.The chicken is barbecued perfectly and the spice levels are true. The rice and beans, cornbread, and salad complement nicely. The corn is sweet and delicious. The curry is so flavorful. Highly recommend this place!
I’ve been looking forward to trying this place for so long! My cravings for oxtails needed to be satiated. However, it was a complete let down.The area itself was a bit hard to find. Seemed a bit disheveled & not entirely clean either. It took a bit to actually find personnel that work here. We lingered for a bit until they popped out the kitchen.After looking at the menu, we were warned some items weren’t available- cool! We still had some options to explore.We tried their oxtails & chicken. Came with rice/veggies. Oxtails were a bit tough & seasoning was underwhelming. Felt greasy. Chicken was ok. Rice & beans were completely bland.. no flavor at all.Wasn’t expecting this place to be the disappointment that it was. None of the food made me happy & felt like a waste of money. Maybe it was an off day? But try at your own risk. I recommend looking elsewhere.

人を好きなれるそんなお店です。ジャマイカの本場の味を知りませんが、きっとこういうハーブの風味なんだろうと思いを馳せれます。きちんと衛生面や、加熱は丁寧にされており、ふあんはありませんでした。
Finally tried Mr. Jerk on Google and also hearing from a few people how good it is. This place is like 30 mins from my house, but absolutely worth the drive! The food was very tasty! I could definitely taste the authenticity in the rice and peas. The jerk chicken was very good and the side of curry chicken they gave me was really seasoned and flavorful. I would absolutely go back and recommend to others.

Stopped in to try the food out. My honest assessment. No parking which wasn’t a problem as i don’t mind walking and trust me after you eat this meal you’ll need to walk it off. Once i made it in the restaurant the owner Benard (hope i remembered his name correctly) was nothing but helpful. I was sad that the menu was limited due to food selling out a day prior. This really made me want to try the food. I was able to get the jerk chicken plate, plantains and a mango juice. In my opinion all the items were superb. The sauce for the chicken, plantains cooked to perfection and the freshest Mango juice i ever had. Everything was organic. I’ll be back to try more items.
