日本と韓国の文化が融合した、親切で笑顔のスタッフが迎えてくれます。
厚い畳の床が心地よく、4人まで宿泊できる広々とした部屋が魅力的です。
清潔で広々としたバスルームは、トイレとシャワーが分かれていて使いやすいです。
Rooms are big enough for 4. I love the thick tatami floors. Clean and spacious bathroom where the toilet is separated from the tub and shower. Water pressure from the shower felt like a massage -- 😀 Generous on towelettes. Small kitchen with mugs, spoons, microwave and fridge were handy. Front desk peeps (and probably the owner and operator of the building) was very accommodating and always smiling. One needs to have patience having a conversation with them as they are Korean-Japanese, but they try their very best to keep up and make sense in every way. The front desk was so hospitable that they even accepted our dirty clothes to be laundried and dried. Easy access to Saiin West Station entrance. I would come back to this guest house.
The photos are fake in the other reviews, the restaurant is closed, the bottom floor and elevator sometimes smelled like someone was just smoking in there, the bath/shower was clogged, I had a very small room and the elevator was tiny plus barely any charging outlets, also the wi-fi was awful (i had no wi-fi for 3 days), I walked past the hotel many times when walking back to it.In the 6th floor room i left an apple pencil with my name on it (David Coffey) so if anyone finds it please ship it to 2 estruary reach, old maltings approach IP12 1FNIn the United Kindom, Suffolk, Woodbridge
初めてゲストハウスを利用しました。チェックインの時間から相談しましたが、とても丁寧に対応してくださりました。部屋のアメニティも不自由はありませんでした。女性の方はハブラシのみなので、ブラシ等はご持参されたほうが良いと思います。部屋は広く、大人2人と小学生子供３人十分に使用する事が出来ました。駐車場は近くにいくつかのコインパーキングがあり、そちらを使用しました。総合的にとても満足の行く宿泊先でした。ありがとうございました。
ビジネスで来ました。研修場所の近くだったことオーナーの方が親切だったこととてもリラックスできました。近くに食事処はたくさんありましたけど外食苦手な私は近くのスーパーで食料を確保しました。
We stayed at Sarangbang Hotel for 5 days with my mother and 3 young adult daughters. The accommodations were a perfect fit for us and very clean and comfortable. Very close walk to train station and 24 hour 7-11 that stays open all night! The gentleman that runs the hotel very friendly and accommodating. Wonderful Korean restaurant in hotel, fresh towels daily and he even did our laundry for free the night before we left! Wonderful service and would recommend highly to any group or family that all wants to stay in same room!
