The staff is helpful and kind, even to foreigners. The pharmacist assisted and advised me; they didn’t have what I was looking for, but she offered me an alternative that worked perfectly. They saved my vacation in Kyoto.
お忙しい時間だった影響かもしれませんが、ジェネリック品に対する説明がかなり軽率のように感じました。本当は先発品希望でしたが、流れ作業のようにジェネリック品になりました。あと大事なお薬手帳をもう少し丁寧に扱って頂きたいです…（折り目がついて返ってきました）

There was a very helpful pharmacist who spoke good English and explained the medicines on the prescription. She even provided a detailed sheet in English with the key points. Very thoughtful.
