Amazing. The owner Tama-San is so gracious and knowledgeable. The quality of her kimonos and yukatas are excellent. The quality and the value for quality is incredible. CP值超高欸！Visiting this store was one of the highlights of our trip. The three of us each found something perfect for our wives and even for us. We three all highly recommend Aoi Kyoto Antiques.
Una tienda de prendas vintage maravillosa y con precios muy razonables! Nos ha tendido Kaori, una mujer muy amable que hablaba inglés y nos ha explicado muchísimas cosas.Yo he comprado un bolso precioso y mi marido un haori. Si volvemos a Arashiyama volveremos 100% muchísimas gracias por el trato!
I truly fell in love with this shop! Tamako is such a heartwarming person, which is probably the reason why I spend an entire afternoon trying on her different kimonos, dresses and haoris. She has such a high quality selection that I really had a tough time making a decision. I left in the end with three pieces, all silk, for absolutely fair prices.This was not only a shopping afternoon, this was a unique experience that makes my amazing Kyoto experience even better!Thanks so much Tamako!
Vintage Kimonos de lo más auténticos. Precio asequible! En esta tienda encontrarás a Tama, es la dueña, ella refiere que es su hobby! Fue súper amable con nosotros dedicándonos su tiempo a pesar de que tenía que cerrar. Tiene varios Kimonos para hombre y para mujer, accesorios, y unas vajillas finas y únicas. Muy recomendable!! Beautiful shop with a large selection of vintage kimonos, bags, pottery and more!Tamako, the owner, was absolutely lovely, she happily explained about kimonos and Japanese tradition and even gave some recommendations for things to visit in the area - definitely recommend visiting this shop if you stroll past :)
とても素敵なお店です♪嵯峨嵐山駅から竹林の方に行く時、踏切を渡ってすぐのコンビニのお向かいにあります♪素敵なアンティークきものがたくさんあり、その場で着付けもしてもらえて、そのまま散策に行けるのもうれしいお店です♪

The kimonos she offers are truly beautiful, and we are extremely proud to own these precious works of Japanese culture. We will take great care of them to honor their beauty and the history they carry.
I just wish photos could do justice for the beautiful haori I purchased in Tamako-san shop but they don't 🥰 I was very surprised when we were on our way from the train station to the bamboo forest and we saw this small humble kimono antique store and my husband insisted we go in. It was not even in our plans, but we were greeted so warmly by the lovely lady tamako we could not resist to see and try on some beautiful haori ( kimono jackets), I got one of red silk and one lilac and blue wool, with beautiful elegant patterns and glitter, my husband got a black silk one with mount fuji and river painting, all kimonos can be dated and explained by Tamako-san because she is a certified curator, she was super helpful and kind, I cannot thank her more, it was a wonderful experience, and the prices very budget friendly, so I cannot recommend more! Please be mindful that every kimono/yukata/haori is unique so you will find different things when you go but all pieces were of excellent taste and great condition, I particularly loved the fabrics they were beautiful for framing on the wall and there were also beautiful accessories. Tamako-san can help you find what you are searching for, we are very grateful so I wish her all the best!

The clothes here are very unique and with great taste !I accidentally walked by and stopped for their wonderful pants with a beautiful pattern!Sadly that one is for men and little too long for me !Tamako is very hospitable and passionate to me and my dad , i very enjoy a short visit time with her ! and love the haori i got ❤️amazing garmet, amazing moment , amazing Tamako in kyoto that i won’t forget !
