Feliz kumamotoの特徴
部屋は少し小さいですが、全体的に温かみがあり、とても快適です。
充実したアメニティが揃っており、旅行中のストレスを軽減してくれます。
エレベーターがない階段に少々苦労しますが、立地の良さがその不便さを上回ります。

AFAIK: amenities, hair dryer, fabric freshener, travel adapters, USB cables, washing machine, laundry nets, fabric detergent, softener, cloth hangers, cutlery, plates, bowls, kitchenware, tissues, tea bags... You can experience the effort they put into it for your comfort. Thank you.色々な物を用意してくれてありがとうございました。The air-conditioning is only in the bedroom so the kitchen and bathroom area is cold. I could not enjoy a consistent heated shower as its piping/architecture was designed as such.Our room was situated in 2nd floor, which was OK as we only had hand carry luggage, but I can imagine the horror if you get a higher room and carry a 20kg big luggage...寝室以外、部屋が寒かったです。大きい荷物あったら、 階段にご注意ください。
일본 가옥이 겨울에 기본적으로 추웠어서 그거 제외하면 시설도 좋고 생각보다 많이 넓어서 좋았습니다.화장실! 방! 너무 깨끗하고 냄새도 너무 향기로웠습니다.특히 화장실 탈취제! 어떤 제품인지 너무 궁금합니다.
편의점이 좀 멀리 있는것과 엘리베이터 없이 가파른 계단만 있는걸 제외하면 방도 넓고 좋습니다
暫給2星，後續再決定幾星或撤評論，因為：1.一下訂就無法退款，但後續完全無法聯絡，令人十分不安。2.給予的房型會片面更改。3.透過booking 平台電話聯繫數天後雖然通知轉達可更改回指定房型，但在平台上至今仍可以看到該房型號碼在我們預訂入住日期上接受承租，甚至還更便宜，不安的情緒再度湧上。4.衷心覺得不退款的後續服務或遭遇，感受實在太差。5.希望不要會遇到詐騙。大家訂房前請三思。
因為系統一顆星會被刪除，只能勉強給2顆星！我們藉由訂房平台跟該住宿接洽請求更換房號，對方給平台的答覆是沒問題且會幫我們更換（平台方都有紀錄！），但是這件惡劣的住宿卻在準備入住的前三天告知他們答應更換的房型後來還是讓人訂走了！！！ 超級惡劣超級糟糕，在協助更換後還是轉頭繼續賣該房間，毫無誠信！ 後續要求退款或是給予回覆全都不回，請接下來考慮要訂房的旅客三思！We requested a room change through the booking platform, and the accommodation agreed to it — the platform even has this on record. However, just three days before check-in, this terrible property informed us that the room they had promised to change for us was given away to someone else! Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest.Even after agreeing to assist with the room change, they turned around and sold the same room again, showing a complete lack of integrity. Afterwards, they stopped responding to any of our refund requests or messages.
房間有點小，但整體溫馨舒適，座落點滿好的，提供免費停車位很方便！！

麻雀雖小 五臟俱全，有2張單人床與榻榻米室。樓梯有點抖，不太適合帶大件行李上去，除非想重訓。我們是住的很舒適，沒有其他太大的問題。
