It's a very nice place, but the hours are dramatically inconsistent. They say it opens at 12, but you may sit outside for 2 hours before somebody opens the building.
Really nice inside. Not to crowded. Good wifi.

Nice place to chill if you don't want to be too far from base, but close enough to the Ginza.
Love it here! Free snacks and lots of fun things to do (events and stuff). Volunteers are always great and the center looks amazing after the remodel they finished a few months ago. If you haven't checked it out yet you need to!!
