They're Chinese so it's in their blood to be curt. But, there's hope, they're warming up. Yesterday spent about elevennhours on China Eastern and they're markedly improved from previous times though they still don't know how to use language properly (inadequate training) ... "See you next time" is totally inappropriate language it's not even cute. They need a native to teach them English and I'm not talking like a polish, Chinese or Italian descendant speaking English. I'm talking real English person of good education. Manners are everything.
