We did a fantastic tour today of the imperial garden in Tokyo. K Was very informative and knowledgeable but most importantly very friendly and eager to ensure we had a great day. My teenage sons really enjoyed the tour as well and they don’t normally like things that are historical in nature, But they really enjoyed K’s Presentation and information. Thank you so much.

The Tokyo Palace gardens tour was absolutely amazing with New Voyage Tours. They have our highest recommendation including tour guide 'K' who was superb in delivering this best experience. We will definitely be using them again.
My husband and I took a guided tour to Imperial Palace Gardens in Tokyo. K is an amazing guide. He showed us around the area and told us about history of the country, samurai and... yes... ninjas! K is knowledgeable and has a great sense of humour. We had a lot of fun learning all those amazing facts with him. I would highly recommend this tour to everyone visiting Tokyo for the first time!
K is an excellent tour guide, very professional, caring for the group (though it was raining heavily, he passed his umbrella to a guest without one). He delivered very interesting information, had a funny and entertaining way so it never got boring. Even while walking from one spot to the other he told little anecdotes. The tour was outside of the Palace, since entering is not possible at all. So we saw some ancient walls, houses and gardens. The spots itself are not very spectacular, but K made them come alive with his storytelling, and that actually made it spectacular! Highly recommend this tour! And greetings to K from a fellow from Neuss! 😉
Outstanding tour. K was amazing. He was knowledgeable,professional and fun. He painted a picture of both the history of the palace now and its start as a castle. I could not recommend this tour enough.
My friend and I went on the imperial palace tour. First of all amazing place. The gardens were the best Part.But the place was not the only thing amazing. K our tour guide was the best we could have wished for. Hes kind and has an amazing Motivation and interest in what Hes talking about. He was so enthusiastic that the only choice we had to join him in his admiration. An amazing experience with an amazing Tour guide. Don't be shy to ask any questions, as K is more than willing to answer all your questions you may have. Be it on topic and Japan or Anime. He knows His stuff.I can only recommend when you are around, you should take a Tour👍
Me amd my group had the pleasure of meeting K as our local guide for a tour of the Imperial Palace, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.From the very beginning, he welcomed us with warmth and professionalism, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere throughout the entire visit.K’s deep knowledge of Japanese history and culture was impressive, he didn’t just share facts, but told stories that brought the past to life.He had a great sense of humor and made sure everyone was engaged and enjoying themselves, even during the quieter or hotter parts of the day. He also stopped at a place with AC and did more explanation inside the olace so that we could've cooled ourselves.What really stood out was his ability to read the group, his ability to speak an English out of charts and always makes us smile.He also gave us helpful tips for the rest of our stay in Tokyo, from local food suggestions to places off the beaten path.Thanks to him, we not only learned more about the Imperial Palace, but also felt more connected to the spirit of Japan.If you're looking for a guide who’s knowledgeable, funny, caring and truly passionate about what he does, K is the perfect choice.Highly recommended — and thank you again, K, for such a memorable experience!

I travel often for work, and one of the first things I always do in a new city is join a free walking tour to learn about the local culture and history. I’ve had some excellent tour guides over the years but K was truly exceptional.By far one of my favorite tours.K genuinely cares about what he does, is an incredible storyteller, and everything was so well organized and thoughtfully planned. He brought Japanese history to life in a way that was engaging, easy to follow, and memorable.If you’re scrolling through tour options and unsure which one to choose this is the one.Highly recommend!
