I highly recommend staying here. The location is so quiet, peaceful, and relaxing in nature, and a perfect base for exploring Nametoko. This house is one of the biggest and most beautiful I've ever seen, it looks like an emperor's home, like the ones you see on tours. The host is extremely welcoming, kind, and generous. He can give you good spots for sightseeing on the river. He also owns a company that does rafting, canyoning in the gorge, and other activities, all of which are really fun, and at a good price, I highly recommend trying these. Perfect experience!
