Awesome experience here with friendly staff. If you don't know Japanese, you may need to have a translation app or some other way to communicate. There are 2 cats here so if you are allergic you may want to find another place.. I am American and have experienced many types of massage modalities along with float and light therapy. This was a very unique experience all though the smell may be a little overwhelming for some. I gagged once when entering the second floor but it was just an overreaction, I got use to it right away. Also I am a male. My wife and I plan on going back again soon. Very relaxed afterward. Also if your OCD when it comes to cleanliness you may want to where your shower shoes in the shower. Overall great people, great staff, great music and very relaxing. I believe I am the first non Japanese westerner that they have serviced. Overall Amazing.
