Instructions to get through is way too bad. But if you talk about amenities and other useful shops required near room. It's inch perfect.Only con of this hotel is owner reachability.
A very good hotel.With good rooms that have all things that you need.Also it is located in a good place near the station (10 minute walk).
Rooms were very smokey. Air conditioner doesnt reach bedroom. Windows point directly to the main street so theres no privacy. They gave very minimal supplies. 1 roll of toilet paper for almost a week and 4 towels for 2 people. The trash can was so small its already full in 2 days. Good location and very close to a 7-11 where lots of taxis stay. Near 2 train stations and walkable to Dotonburi.If the room wasn't so smokey and AC wasn't terrible then the stay would have been ok.
