This Pharmacy literally saved my life!! The male pharmacist at Chozai Pharmacy went above and beyond to find other pharmacy and even suppliers who have the medications I need. I have an autoimmune disease and this medication is not quite common. My family and I planned a trip to Japan in December staying in Osaka and Tokyo. Three months before our trip, I tried so hard to secure medications that I need to bring for the entirety of our trip. I waited and waited for my medication for almost three months at this point but no luck (we are coming from USA).I had confidence that we will be able to obtain the same medications when we get to Japan. So the next day upon arriving in Osaka, I got seen by a doctor and he prescribed my medication. I showed proof that this medication was truly prescribed for me. I brought an empty bottle of my meds that indicates my name, medicine, and dosage. After wrtiing the prescription, the doctor said the nearby pharmacy to them don't have it so we have to look for a Pharmacy that has my medications on our own.We went to a couple more but no luck until I found Chozai Pharmacy on Google but this is already late afternoon on a Friday like maybe around 4 or 5:00PM.The Pharmacist at Chozai told us they don't have my medication. At this point, I'm already exhausted, desperate, and so close to just breaking down and cry. I think the Pharmacist seen the desperation in me and my husband and he told us to wait. He started calling I think everybody he knows that could have the medication I need. 10 minutes gone by, 20 minutes gone by, he keeps on calling places.He looks defeated too himself but he was determined to help us. Finally, after 30 or 40 minutes he found a supplier who carries it but they won't be able to deliver the medication until the next day (saturday) at least before 11:00AM.As he was telling us this development, I swear to God I was so close to breaking down and cry tears of joy. This man went out of his way, tried his best and hardest to help a foreigner. I mean, he could've just told us, "sorry, we don't have it", but he didn't. He treated us so nice and with so much compassion and willing to help us with all he's got.To the Pharmacist on Chozai Pharmacy, Arigato Gozaimas 🙏🏻🙏🏻 You literally saved my life, I could've ended in Emergency Room if I haven't had the luck of getting my medications.This place is a gem. The people who work here, don't just work. They truly want to help people. I am so, so thankful for all of you. Thank you for spreading kindness 🙏🏻🙏🏻To our healthcare system in the US - no comment lol
