very nice wheel chair
Anri and his team were incredibly helpful when our old wheelchair broke during a holiday in Japan during 2023. Google Maps identified this business as the closest wheelchair store. So I brought the broken wheelchair to the listed address to hopefully get it repaired.However, when I arrived I was surprised to find that there was no shop. It was Kadokura’s head office. (This is why I need to learn Japanese!) The staff were still very understanding and explained that they couldn’t make repairs, but had new wheelchairs available - with an option to deliver the same day. Thankfully Anri is fluent in English. He patiently listened to our requirements and gave recommendations with no pressure to buy. In the end, we went ahead with the purchase. In terms of customer service, Kadokura exceeded our expectations by delivering the new wheelchair within hours and basically saved our holiday. The Leaf Corgi has served us well for the past 2 years on multiple overseas trips and back in Australia. Very happy with it. And very happy with Kadokura.
If you are traveling and in need of a wheelchair, do not hesitate to come here. Anri was able to get me a new wheelchair for our cruise in 90 minutes. He was amazing and also English speaking, which made it personal. He also transported the wheelchair to APA Hotel near the cruise terminal. Thank you again, Anri.
