A wonderful stay in Machi-yard! The room is very comfortable and the facilities (shower, toilet, microwave, toaster etc.) are complete. Owner is super friendly and warm, always being very attentive. I was initially got a room facing the road, but since there is an empty room with a very nice rice paddy view, she offers me to change. Thus I was able to wake up with a very relaxing view which is unforgettable! She also let me know the bus schedule and making sure that I have everything I need.Dinner is offered with a fee, which I think is a very good deal (+ 500yen) since I arrive late at night. It’s a bit far from Nakatsugawa station but there is a bus stop very near to machi-yard (walk around 3mins; need to pay attention to schedule). The area is very accessible to places like drug store, groceries store and restaurants which is convenient.
