Most impressed with this coin laundry place - it's clean and bright. There's a cafe upstairs (closed when I visited). Washrooms are also available at level 2. Just behind the coin laundry area is a space with tables and chairs where you can chill while waiting for your clothes to clean and dry.
I chose the wash+dry small load of laundry, which is 800 yen and takes 50 minutes. Clothes were still wet (overall very damp with wet spots) and super wrinkly coming out of the wash/dryer. It also said you cannot add your own detergent as the machine automatically adds it, but the clothes smelled musty and sweaty, no nice detergent smell.
Very good experience! You can insert 1000 notes and get coins. No laundry detergent needed as the machine adds it automatically. You can dry/wash individually or use a wash+dry cycle together in 1 hour. There was also an option to pay via card but we have not done it.
素晴らしいコインランドリーです。設備はどれも新しくてきれいです。支払いは現金以外にPayPay、メルペイ、楽天ペイ、auペイ、d払いが対応しています。両替機もありますが、紙幣は1000円札のみ対応です。奥には洗濯の仕上がりを待つ人用のきれいなスペースがあります。なお施設に駐車場はありません。付近の無料駐車場で代用できるでしょう。
Great laundry place. Cost effective and operating 24/7. The laundry machine has big capacity and powerful drying. This is the most efficient drying experience among all the coin laundry I have been to. We opted for medium at 1000yen for 60 minutes, probably the best price you can find within the area. The laundry machine is also equipped with the online status that provides almost real-time monitoring.
This laundry place is the best compared to my stay in Osaka's hotel. They provide both wash and dry at 1000 Yen for 60 mins, or 800 Yen for 50 mins. They also provide QR code for you scan and track how long more you have till the wash and drying is done.The dryer dries up all our clothes! BEST!Conveniently, there is a cafe at level 2, you can get 100 Yen discount if you use the laundry! They have toilet to use as well.There are also coin lockers and waiting area for use as well! Awesome!
The waiting area is well-ventilated and has pleasant music. Clean resting place with QR code to alert when done if you want to go somewhere. Wash for 60 minutes. When washing, the detergent and softener are provided and drop in the machine automatically.
非常乾淨清爽的自助洗衣店，洗衣機很乾淨新穎，不用洗劑，還有洗鞋機，對於在河口湖住多天的旅客而言真是幫了大忙。一樓有販賣機，也有休息室，二樓還有咖啡廳，約有20個座位，很舒服的空間。
