Roksana is kind, generous and knowledgable. The Yamaguchi Yoga house is open and clean. The energy is lovely. I highly recommend a short retreat or yoga training with Roksana in this lovely place!
A Peaceful Escape in the Heart of YamaguchiOur stay was pure serenity. The kind and welcoming host made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nestled in peaceful nature, the Japanese-style yoga house was a place to slow down, breathe, and truly connect with the surroundings. We loved experiencing yoga here, and staying in a traditional Japanese-style Airbnb made the trip even more special. My daughter and I explored breathtaking nearby sights like Akiyoshido Cave, each moment more beautiful than the last. A trip we will always cherish — and one we hope to repeat.🥹😍
Amazing experience in this haven of peace. Great place for expat to emerge in the countryside of Japan at the same time as doing yoga or tourists like me that wants to include in their travel to Japan a space to rest and resource. Roksana took great care of me showing the Japanese countryside and explaining the culture etc. This gave another dimension to my full trip so definitely recommend the experience!
It’s evident how much love and care was poured into this space to provide community, a home, and an environment to deepen one’s yoga practice.I’m thankful to be a part of the summer 2024 training - here’s a photo of our group in the kitchen! which now has two refrigerators btw. lots of space to nourish your body and soul.the nature in the area is also abundant, and Roksana knows all of the best places!!
When seeking a yoga studio and space in nature to restore, learn, and grow, the Yamaguchi Yoga House is the perfect option. The YTT 200 course allowed an intimate and comfortable setting to practice and study yoga, with the beauty of the Yamaguchi prefecture just outside the door. Roksana provided a blend of studies with exploration of the surrounding area and I could not be happier with my decision to train this way. Thank you for this once in a lifetime experience and the beautiful memories!
Highly recommended! We had an amazing RYT200 Training experience at Yamaguchi Yoga House! The owner (Roksana) renovated this traditional Japanese house in Yamaguchi to a beautiful yoga retreat studio.She took us to beautiful local spots in Yamaguchi in between the training program.It was a perfect combination of yoga training and retreat in nature. Thank you Roksana 🥰

I recently stayed at Yamaguchi Yoga house for the 9 day Yoga Teacher Training Immersion.It was a fabulous experience from start to finish.I loved staying in the traditional Japanese house which was clean and beautifully renovated.The surrounding area is simply stunning and I particularly loved buying pottery and visiting the Merchants & Samuri houses in nearby Hagi!Roksana is a knowledgeable, passionate and professional yoga teacher and a kind, considerate and lovely host.I’ll be forever grateful for this unique and truly enriching experience ❤️
