京都の郊外に位置し、最寄りの十条駅から150mの距離です。

利用可能な自転車があり、移動手段として便利ですが、メンテナンスが必要です。
Wonderful!If you want to walk out of your lodging and into tourist central or if you can’t handle stairs, read no further.However, if you don’t mind stairs and a short walk to subway or train stations, or walking 30-60 minutes to some of the major sights of Kyoto, this might be your place.First, truth in pictures. The steepness of the stairs is clearly shown, as is the fact that the two sleeping areas are separated by a sliding screen and are not accessed by separate doors.Second, Takeo obviously takes pride in his property and cares that his guests are happy. The space is spotless. Along with listed amenities like TV and pocket WiFi there were spare combs and toothbrushes, rubber bands for long hair, extra towels, 4 bikes with locks, and just nice touches. There is a keypad lock so all guests can come and go as they please.Thirdly, along with the door code Takeo sent very clear instructions on how to get to the property and the cost (to the yen for cab fare) and links to local restaurants and such. (We ate twice across the street at a little mom-and-pop izakaya (cafe/alcohol) - mom speaks enough English to direct you to delicious fried chicken, gyoza, grilled fish, etc. Smoking is allowed, but mom and pop were so nice and the food was so good we didn’t mind.) Every morning he sent a greeting and the weather report!The only problem is using different terminology from standard American usage. In Japan (or in AirBnB Land) 2 baths means a tub/shower combo counts as one, a separate sink counts as 1/2 and a toilet counts as 1/2 - not the expected 2 toilets in 2 separate rooms each with bath or shower.Whatever, we loved the neighborhood and the experience.
Quaint japanese house
Great location, right in the middle of suburban Kyoto. 150m from the nearest train station, Jujo. The house includes typical Japanese living style, with beds on tatami mats and a modern Japanese toilet.

周辺のオススメ
It's a convenient place, 5 minutes walk to the local train station. The attractive feature is the bicycle. However, the bikes are not well maintained. We had to get it repaired so that it was rideable and safe. The bathroom and washing area should have a hook for towels. Happy with the stay.
