We stayed in unit #5 so there were others in the area that you will pass, just make sure you look at the number on the cloth hanging in front of the door. Cute short term rental in a very convenient area. Very close to the subway and the mall is even closer. Use the owner’s directions to find the place. Google Maps takes you to an alley that is permanently blocked by a wall. The rental sleeps 8 comfortably. My kids liked the upstairs bedroom with the sloped ceiling. All mattresses are either on the floor with the traditional Japanese thin mattress (5 of these) or on a low platform with the thicker firmer mattresses (3 of these) that Americans are more accustomed to. Everything you need is here— fridge, coffee, tea, electric kettle, stove, plates, utensils, and pot. There are two toilet rooms, 2 sinks, one wet room with hand held and tub, and one shower stall. They have a washer and dryer combo and they supplied plenty of detergent, which was convenient to wash our clothes and towels since we stayed an extended time. The dining area was small. I think it would be hard to fit 8 larger people at the dining table at once- and the built in seats are upright right so not a lot of comfort. They have a tv projector in the dining room with the pull down screen making great use of space. There isn’t a lot of counter space in the bathroom so I would suggest shelves. Also the unit sleeps 8 but there aren’t 8 hooks outside the bathroom to hang your bath towels to dry (we wash out bath towels every other day) and the hooks in the bathroom are too close to the sink counter so that the bath towels touch the sink. The unit was clean and looked like the pictures. Sorry I didn’t take any pictures, I was jet lagged and wasn’t thinking about it.
