Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen für dieses Hotel nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten wegen der Kommentare schon Angst, was uns vor Ort erwarten wird aber waren sehr positiv überrascht. Es war sehr sauber, modern und die Zimmer waren für japanische Verhältnisse eher groß. Da bereits vorab kommuniziert wurde, dass es vor Ort kein Personal gibt, war das für uns ebenso kein Problem. Zu Fuß ist man in knapp 30 Minuten im Zentrum.
優點：1.自助check in和check out（進出都是用密碼）2.因為是L型的建築，所以聽不到同樓層住戶的房間動靜，只聽得到隔壁出門的聲音（住在三樓）3.住宅區域在巷子裡面很安靜4.浴室蠻大的，洗澡空間很讚，也可以掛衣服在浴室裡面，然後按控制面板選擇乾燥吹風5.房間就有微波爐！！！6.暖氣或是冷氣都能自己調整缺點：1.距離京都車站有點距離大概20分鐘，比較近的就是烏丸線和公車2.大概走10～15分鐘才有超市和超商，走到住宅區什麼超商都沒有🫠3.窗簾是百葉窗，下面透光很嚴重，早上太陽出來後容易亮醒，建議帶眼罩4.床頭櫃都是棉絮和灰塵，床單上面也有一些黑色棉絮5.小一點的雙人間空間不是很大，要平放行李箱的話只能夠放在桌子下面，走道放20吋的就不是很好走路6.洗手台有點小，洗手的水容易噴到外面7.枕頭超級爛！！！！棉花都整個結塊，非常難睡😠8. Wifi很爛！！！很常斷線，用了會生氣。
El hotel es muy nuevo y bonito, todo estaba impecable. El check-in fue comodísimo, se hace con un código, así que no hay que preocuparse por llaves ni recepción. La habitación era bastante grande para ser Japón, muy cómoda y moderna.Lo único negativo es la almohada, que era bastante incómoda… aunque tengo que decir que me ha pasado igual en todos los hoteles de Japón 😅.Por el precio, está genial. Además, nosotros nos descargamos la app Luup para movernos por Kioto en bicicletas eléctricas, súper práctico para recorrer la ciudad. Consejo: descargadla antes de llegar a Japón, porque pide verificación por SMS (o pedidle a alguien que os ayude si no tenéis línea japonesa).En resumen, totalmente recomendable por calidad-precio y comodidad.
생긴지 얼마 되지않은듯 싶어요시설이며 객실 크기가 가성비 대비정말 너무 좋습니다!!!교토역이랑 버스정류장이랑 5정거장인데젤 붐비는 버스라 초큼 힘들긴 하지만조용한 주택가라 조용해서 숙소로 정말 좋아요.대신 캐리어 보관이 안되서 ㅜㅜ교토역 코인락커 빈곳 찾느라 고생했습니다1층 공동문 비번도 있는데...수화물 보관서비스생기면 정말 좋을 것 같습니다냉장고랑 전자레인지 있습니다
Where to start :- I asked for an extra pillow since there's only one per person and it's completely poor quality, and the cleaner told me to wait 5 min (I'm still waiting).- Everything globally is so cheap : thin towel, the tinest and less confortable pillow I ever saw. Read the other comments. They offer you two teas for two persons but don't count on a refill even if you stay several days.- They NEVER clean the room. It's written, but hey : the bins were full after a few days.- There's no one, just so you know. So they can't keep your luggages. No way to ask for advice, help or cleaning.- If you like to sleep in the dark, with curtains well forget this. This is a picture at 5am.- Even the TV doesn't work.- I had a problem with my suitcase and the folks here didn't even try to help me with. He could have easily phone the company, since I don't have a japanese phone, but no.- It's a bit loud : from the street and from the elevator. Again, read the comment about it, especially if you're on the 1st floot- It's not that convenient regarding the buses, you have to have to walk 12 min for the most common buses.- On the bright side : the rooms are pretty big.- The price was quite low.
實體比網站照片還漂亮又新，我不明白其他的低評價是怎麼回事？房間寬敞整潔，附有微波爐、浴室有暖氣，巷口就有定食餐廳跟超商、麥當勞，離清水寺不遠。房價很便宜，CP非常高11：00退房對自由行旅客很友善，雨傘不見還麻煩了老闆協助問店家，非常的謝謝您。
2泊させていただきました。値段が安いためあまり期待してなかったのですが、部屋も広く、充実した設備で文句のつけどころがありませんでした。京都に来た際はまた泊まりたいと思います。ただ、テレビの地上が見れませんでしたがそれはどうでもいいです。サブスクなどはログインすればテレビで見れます。

周辺のオススメ
とても静かな空気感でそれでいてかわいい絵が飾ってあり、とても雰囲気が良い。アメニティなど備えてあるものもちゃんとしていて、ドライヤーが良いやつで髪を乾かすのがすごく楽でした！とても快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。
