Looked in 3 different Harutas and countless ABC marts for a pair of loafers only to find them in this store. The lady at the counter was very kind, respected our space, and wasn't super pushy. She gave me time to test between two colours until I came to a decision, and also striked up conversation. Basic Japanese definitely needed since she didn't speak English. Worth traveling all the way out here for the shoes.
