Hazuki is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales assistant who helped us find the good quality and versatile knife that we were looking for. His patience and help made our experience interesting and easy. For these reasons, I highly recommend any of their Musashi stores.
I was really happy with the service provided by Tanvir. One of the knives was sold out but he was kind enough to pick it up from another store. All was perfect and I can find everything I need from the store.
日本製の包丁を数多く取り揃えています。チェックをしましたが、切れ味は十分に満足できるものでした。多言語対応を可能にしているので、対応している言語であれば、自国の言葉で気軽に相談できるのも良い点です。
Todo fue perfecto, el servicio y la atencion. Me llevo mi cuchillo para España. Estoy impaciente por usarlo. Nos atendieron en español y fueron amables y simpatocos con nosotros.
Overall experience was amazing. Shouken was a very great host. He provided me with so much insights on the knives and helped me decide what knives best fit my needs. He was patient, intelligent, and extraordinary.

素敵な和包丁の専門店です。店員さんも英語が話せて、とても丁寧に包丁について説明してくれたので、自分に合った包丁を買うことができました！
河原町の中心にあり、観光途中でも立ち寄りやすかったです。店内は高級感があり、包丁がまるで美術品のように展示されていました。スタッフも知識豊富で、とても丁寧に案内してくれます。外国人観光客に人気なのも納得でした。
野菜も魚もスパッと切れて気持ちいいです。 デザインも洗練されていてお気に入りの一本 です。
