Amazing quaint little store with 2nd floor all 999.9 (four nines) optical frames. The staff here were great and very patient with theenglish to japanese language barrier.Kishida-san went above and beyond to select the frame, fit the lenses and organised delivery to our hotel during our shortstay in japan (there were some delays in lense delivery but he even actioned them on his day off to ensure the customer did not miss the frames).On the day the frames were selected, the process of purchasing took longer than expected and he was courteous enough to stay back 30 mins past closing store time to wrap up. I thought all the staff had left by then but they even stayed back, came out and thank the customers out! I felt bad but after this experience, this was truly the exceptional high standards that japanese / 999.9 retailers hold and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone looking for a pair to visit them!
The man who took care of me was really nice and polite. Ready to help you. I'll come back.

The staff here were extremely helpful and accommodating. The manager made time to straighten my bent frames when other optical shops were unwilling to try. I highly recommend this shop.
