I stayed at this hotel recently, and honestly, it wasn’t great. The walls were super thin, so we could hear pretty much everything—big English-speaking groups heading out late at night, and a Chinese-speaking family yelling at their kids early in the morning. Not exactly getting the rest we needed.The cleanliness wasn’t the best either. Some of the towels and blankets had stains, and we found hair in the bathroom right when we checked in. The room felt a bit neglected overall—the walls were really dusty, and even the artwork had dust stuck to it.All in all, between the noise and the cleanliness issues, it just wasn’t a comfortable stay. I wouldn’t go back
Nice eco hotel near Nijo Castle. Quiet place, room was large but we had trouble getting our AC to work. Great bathroom.

Great location.we booked big family room and it has two toilets,washroom,kitchen,dine corner.value for money in a heart of kyoto.accessable to nearby places.
Great place rooms are clean when first opened bathroom is full of free amenities water pressure is very high located nicely in-between nijojo castle and lots of restaurants and convenience stores/grocery store town is small and quiet and makes for a great place to spend in kyoto
Amazing room. Comfy beds, nice bathroom and kitchen, very clean. Good quiet location close to supermarket and nijo castle. Far from metro but close to bus lines. Not a big fan of the «everything happens automatically with no human interaction checkin process» but I can tolerate it when the room is so nice.

全体的に綺麗に清掃されていて部屋の絵がすごい無人ホテルチェックインはアナログだが簡単で分かりやすい二条城徒歩すぐ周りに飲食店多い駅からはちょっと歩く滞在中にリモコンの電池が切れたが、緊急時の備品ストックスペース？みたいスペースから取るよう案内されて特に困ることはなかった6名で1部屋に泊まれたのは嬉しかった総合的に良い。
