Wonderful showcase of locally produced Kyoto mead by Honey Hunter Ichikawa-san. If you have not been formally introduced to this honey-based drink, his seminar and tasting sessions that he conducts is a wonderful introduction to mead. He graciously conducted his seminar for the first time in both Japanese and English with the help of Google Translate on my phone. Do make a reservation for his mead seminar on his website. I had such a wonderful time.
