It is the utmost car rental company that I have ever used. Their staff and car will be ready waiting for you at the airport pick-up point and also waiting for you when you return the car at the airport. I am very grateful to their service and follow up during my departure day. First, I got into a problem with the parking payment machine that it only accepts 1000 yen cash, and second, I got into the wrong road due to lapping in Google GPS on my phone cause a stuck in a traffic jam and was left 1hr plus to departure. Whether you are the or the staff that I have texted to, I would like to thank you for your remarkable attention to every single detail and concern. Luckily, I got on time to catch my flight to Sapporo and allow me to pay the ETC and petrol bill later. Will use your service when I visit Osaka again. Thank you, Luck Rental Car.

平時都係用Toyota Rent，第一次試呢間香港人自己開嘅租車公司，點知有驚喜有下次。出機場即刻可以攞車，免咗繁瑣嘅手續，還車直接喺Terminal方便快捷。慳咗好多時間，車況十分新淨！全程協助我哋餐廳訂位，景點嘅資訊查詢，幾乎都係即時回覆。同埋會幫手考慮埋我哋有小朋友出行嘅問題。真心覺得好sweet大力推薦。

It was just awesome and a great experience for my family of six with elderlies and kids. The rental was a breeze, car was waiting upon arrival, a simple check and run down of the necessary items to watch out for while using the car with a simple registration and payment and off we go. Communication and service was top notch. Had a Vellfire, it was spacious and easy to drive, car was spotless and clean without any odor. Whole family enjoy the road trip in Japan. Staff assistance and service was top notch like what you get with the Japanese Omotenashi culture. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a easy and comfortable car rental company.
本人關西租車七天 ， 一間香港人的租車公司 服務周到好 不怕溝通的問題 一出境就有專人在外面等候交收 還車也可在離境層還車超方便 不用頻撲還有 最貼身就係 租車公司還可以幫忙book餐廳 排除語言不通 餐廳都是一啲性價比高的食店 及附近會有停車場的超方便 沿路都會幫忙諮詢問題 總括一間非常體貼及方便的租車公司 下次到日本自駕都會選擇這間公司。
去親日本一直都租連鎖公司, 今次一試證明冇揀錯。租咗十幾日，專人到酒店交收車，一上車發現一人一枝飲品，大人細路都有，有水有果汁，好細心，十分impress. 中途一直協助book 餐廳，安排好曬，有次去到餐廳發生誤會，差啲冇飯開，急call都即刻應機，幫手解決曬所有問題。甚至還車後都繼續幫手book餐廳，聯絡民宿改期，我都唔好意思。返香港後發現喺日本漏咗野，又幫手聯絡，攞返同帶回香港，真心無得頂。極力推薦。
超方便，關西空港坐一個站臨空城5號出口一落黎直行就到車嘅質素都好仲有廣東話客服，正！

在預約時十分方便，取車時也都是中文對話，但有機會被臨時換車造成十分的不方便，像是租車公司在遇到前一組客人出狀況時沒有應對措施，會導致下一組客人沒車或被換車只能被動接受，造成行程延誤或無法進行，希望租車公司可以改進應對緊急狀況的發生。
