直前にしたリクエストにもすぐ対応してもらえました。部屋も設備もきれいです。食器や調理器具もあり、長期滞在にはまた利用したいです。
Located near Demachiyanagi station in Kyoto’s north-east and convenient to several bus stops, this is a terrific and exceptionally reasonably priced place to stay - more like a serviced apartment than a hotel room. The apartment is very well-appointed, with a small kitchen equipped with hot plate, microwave, roasting oven and some basic utensils, a refrigerator, a washing/drying machine, air-conditioning, tv and small balcony with washing line. Good use has been made of the small footprint to squeeze in a shower and tiny bath. There is a double bed and sofa that can be converted into another bed, and ample additional sheets and duvet are provided. Fresh towels are available daily. There are bikes that can be used free of charge. There is no concierge so communication is by phone or email, but we found the staff very helpful and responsive in answering our queries, and they promptly sorted out the few minor issues we had. Very comfortable for a couple or a family with one or two small children. There’s a handy little supermarket a block away and plenty of good eating options within walking distance. The nearby river is a pleasant place to hang out; our six year-old daughter loved the stepping stones that cross the river. The only very minor gripe we had was that we found the bed a bit hard - but maybe that’s the Japanese way! Overall, a really great value option
清潔で心地の良いホテルでした！受付員さんに顔を合わせることなく入室ができ、英語での案内もあるので、日本語が苦手な方でも安心して宿泊できると思います。電子レンジ、冷蔵庫、ポット、ドラム式洗濯機、洗剤など綺麗で充実した設備でした。また、私が泊まった部屋は外の眺めが大変良く非常に楽しい宿泊ができました！
房間設備非常足夠而且有符合使用者經驗！因為是自助式check in因此不會看到公寓主人。但有問題都可以透過信件詢問（英文或日文），回覆都很快。即使獨自前往京都旅行的人也沒有問題有浴缸跟廚房，還有個人洗衣機與陽台。非常適合一個人的長時間旅行。所在地靠近出町柳且遠離觀光客多的下京。能看到比較多京都人的日常 與在地人會去的店家。
Modern, clean and handy. Location is good. We wanted to use the bikes, but description was unclear and our e-mail was ignored/forgotten. Communication on how to get to the place was impeccable.
일반적인 관광지와는 거리가 좀 있지만 현지사람들이 생활하는 모습을 볼 수 있어서 좋았음. 옆에 큰 강이있어 주변을 산책할 수 있고, 숙소에 전자레인지, 냉장고, 드라이기, 샤워용품, 식기 등등 필요한 것들이 잘 구비되어있어 좋았다. 근처에 큰 마트가 있어 야식먹기에도 좋음!!

The hotel staff are very nice and response quickly before I arrive the hotel. The room is clean and the room size is satisfactory. The location is about 5-7 min from train station. Recommended.
