2025/10/11の上田市のイベントに来てらっしゃってて、購入し食べましたが、あの極圧の豚肉がホロリホロリとホグレて食べれてしかもバンズのサクサク感、サッパリしたソース、激ウマでした！！また、添付のポテトフライ、一度蒸してからフライにしてるのかな？包丁を使わず軽く崩した芋をフライにすることで、サクサク感が増してすごく美味しかったです。また、チャンスあればぜひ食べたい！！

Wow - what a burger! This place was right next to our hotel, very tiny inside but always full in the evenings. We didn’t plan to eat burgers in Japan but I’m so so happy I tried this one - definitely one of the best burgers I have ever tried! The pork meat is super juicy and soft and the sauce is o my god - perfect match with the meat. The burger buns they used are also amazing! Must try place in Hakuba Goryu
Definitely going back here, glad there's a different option to the usual places around Goryu! It's got a super thick cut of slow cooked ham with a tangy chimichurri. Dude who makes it is a genius 🤩

Unbelievable burgers and amazing drinks.We had both the pork burger (in the photo) and the wagyu burger, both were incredible.The ginger ale is out of this world.The place itself is a cozy little space for about 4-6 people at a time so be aware.Absolutely recommend, 10/10
