Sakura Theaterの特徴
軍の基地内に位置し、価格は非常にリーズナブルで映画が楽しめる。
視聴環境は軍需向けだが、イベントにも利用しやすい広さがある。
スクリーンサイズは小さめだが、スムージーなどの軽食も楽しめる。
The seats at the Sakura Theater in Iwakuni are very small and uncomfortable — someone said it feels like riding in economy class on an airplane, which is spot-on. But unlike most airlines where seats recline, these are stuck in place, kind of like a Spirit Airlines flight. The screen is unusually small too, but it probably has to be that way so it can move up and down easily. It’s clear the building is meant to serve military needs first, and be a theater second — something to keep in mind if you visit.
The theater is spaced a little off for movies since it's a multipurpose theater. Great concessions prices and comfy seats. Sound is fine.
First experience watching Dune part 2….Movie theater has improved a lot. Sounding is tier 1, menu revamped and price is 7 dollars per adult… tbh is the finest you ever find in military bases in the entire pacific
Take my family here to watch movies and we enjoy the new previews before they are released in the states. Tickets are a reasonable price as well as the concessions. They also serve a few alcoholic drinks. It never packed and you're able to get good seats to watch a movie comfortably.
Price for tickets are great. Auditorium is pretty big. Screen is smaller than what I'm used to. The seats are not that comfortable. Selection of food is small, but decent. There are smoothies, which is a plus. They only play like 2 movies a day.

Can't beat the price for movies. Unfortunately, like most military base theaters, it's lacking in the seating style, sound system, and screen size/quality. But still well worth it in terms of value. First run movies and popcorn, drink, all for less than $20.00.

Spacious, modern theater with plenty of seating, perfect for movies and live performances. It's not the tlpnof the line theater, but the interior is decently comfortable. One drawback is the that the exterior is pretty plain and doesn’t match the quality inside.
