My family of 5 stayed for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed the resort. The accom is basic but had everything you needed. The beds were very comfy and it was quite spacious upstairs.There are no chairs just sit on floor around large coffee table in room downstairs which is kitchen/lounge/dining! The bathroom was sufficient with separate toilet and deep bath! We loved experiencing the Japanese way but we were not there much as we were out all day. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby esp The Brewery which is 50m at end of street. The walk up to gondola is 5 min and you can lock up your skis overnight for $2.The snow was awesome and resort suits all abilities. Mr Suzuki is a sweetheart and very obliging with giving us lifts into town. We would def stay here again and recommend to families who want the Japanese experience.

很溫馨的木屋，有廚房，客廳，設備稍舊（2013）
We stayed here in January 2011 for 2 weeks. It was a 5 minute walk to the slopes and a 20 - 30 minute walk to the super market and town centre, or a 5 minute inexpensive taxi ride. There was a seven/11 5minutes walk away. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The cottages were clean with a basic kitchenette, japanese style dining table (that is sit on floor around table). Large bedroom upstairs with comfortable western style beds. The bathroom had a deep Japanese bath and shower. The cottages were warm and cosy. We mainly self catered, trying different Japanese foods from the local super market, however we had some delicious meals in the town as well.
