アップルクランブルパイは特におすすめの絶品です。
京成松戸線 新津田沼駅に駅ビル初のイオンモール津田沼が2026年3月18日にグランドオープンそれに合わせてSouth地下に&TEAがオープンしました津田沼ではJR津田沼駅最寄り店舗が2025年3月末に閉店してしまいタリーズ空白地帯でしたが&TEAになって戻って来ました地下にあるので電波の入りがよくないです奥まっているレジ付近では特に電波がよくないですしかし、タリーズで提供しているTULLY’s Wi-Fiを利用すれば問題なく過ごせます。

A lovely new and stylish TULLY’S COFFEE &TEA with a noticeably different vibe from a standard Tully’s. The design feels more modern and relaxed, making it a great place to sit and unwind.The space is very spacious, so it’s ideal for working or studying, and there is free Wi-Fi available. They also offer soy milk options, which is always a nice plus.The apple crumble pie is especially good and definitely worth trying.One small downside is that it can feel a bit drafty near the front side, especially if you’re seated close to the entrance.Located in the basement of AEON Mall Tsudanuma South building, it’s a convenient spot to take a break while shopping.
