Solid and delicious ramen restaurant near the slopes. Open for lunch and dinner. Order on a kiosk and food is delivered to your table. Recommend to travelers/skiers in the Hakuba Cortina Ski Resort area. Nothing fancy or spicy, but still hits the spot! 🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜🍜
Very kind staff (Japanese! :), average ramen, and atmosphere with a lot of potential for improvement (e.g. start with changing the cold-white lamps... ;-)Unfortunately, there are not many alternatives in the area
Unfortunately there are not many restaurants walking distance if you’re staying at a hotel in this area. Apparently this place just opened 2 weeks ago. We ate here for dinner.I live in Japan and tonkotsu ramen is my favorite kind of ramen. I’m not a picky foody at all, but unfortunately I did not like their tonkotsu ramen. I’ve had chashu por many times and I could barely eat the one served (maybe it was overcooked? Bad cut?) also the flavor did not taste particularly like the tonkotsu flavor I know.It’s a new local business so I hope they do succeed and make some improvements to their tonkotsu ramen.

El sitio está bien situado justo debajo de mi habitación y me llega todo el ruido desde que abren hasta que cierran, pero la comida está muy buena y bien de precio, cuando fuimos estábamos nosotros solos.

We loved the ramen here! The Tonkatsu was our favorite! You order and pay on the iPad at the counter and then they bring out your food to your table shortly after. Easy, quick, and delicious!
