We think back a lot about our short time at Surge Music Bar.Nestled along the quiet streets of Shimonoseki, Surge Music Bar stands out with its warm amber lights. You step in and your senses awaken – a lush woody scent, a pleasant change in acoustics, tasteful music, aesthetic interior, delicious drinks…Surge Music Bar delivers an experience that is out of this world. We wish we had more time to enjoy the space, and remain incredibly envious of their sound system. Highly recommend stopping by!
Every detail of this place is so carefully thought out it almost makes me sick. It’s a little out of the way but if you like the idea of sipping locally sourced whisky while listening to records in a room that is dressed floor to ceiling in the rippling grains of Japanese timber then this place might just be the highlight of your trip.
