Hagiwarasan at Hair Salon F is a master barber. I had a haircut, shampoo and beard trim and he was precise and thorough. He trimmed my eyebrows. The hot towel was luxurious. I speak no Japanese and he had no English yet we were able to communicate well. I highly recommend this barber.
